力士樂驅(qū)動器維修各類故障：驅(qū)動器發(fā)生故障時，不要立即復(fù)位運行，要找到原因，排除，驅(qū)動器或者伺服電機出現(xiàn)故障時。如果仍不能解決問題，切忌擅自維修，產(chǎn)生過流原因：瞬間輸出的電流達到驅(qū)動器的限定值；硬件檢測到過流信號；原因處理方案，輸出側(cè)兩兩之間短路，檢測接線并重新修改接線，若仍然報警，輸出側(cè)對地短路，檢測接線并重新修改接線，若仍然報警，負(fù)載較重，工作時的電流過大，重新確認(rèn)選型是否正確，檢查機械設(shè)備是否出現(xiàn)異常。

C602 Distance Homing Switch Reference Mark Erroneous

距離自導(dǎo)開關(guān)參考標(biāo)記錯誤

Cause:

During the drive controlled homing procedure, an ambiguous position for

the home reference of the feedback and the switch flank of the home

switch was determined.

在驅(qū)動控制復(fù)位過程中反饋的原點參考和原點的開關(guān)側(cè)面開關(guān)已確定。

解決方法：

Remedy:

The cam of the home switch must be shifted in such a manner such that

an accurate homing procedure is possible.

• Read the contents of parameter S-0-0298, reference cam shifting

• Mechanically shift the homing cam by the amount in the parameter.

• Re-perform the drive controlled homing procedure.

主開關(guān)的凸輪必須以如下方式移動：精確的歸位過程是可能的。

•讀取參數(shù)S-0-0298的內(nèi)容，參考凸輪移動

•按參數(shù)中的量機械移動復(fù)位凸輪。

•重新執(zhí)行驅(qū)動控制復(fù)位程序。
